Looking for McNaughtans (aka MacNaughton,MacNaughton, McNaughton depending on who was writing in the census and the immigration papers). I know I have relatives in Australia and South Africa
Ahhh Memories. I worked at the Tarbet Hotel for a summer while in college. Washed dishes, pumped gas ('scuse me, petrol) and waitressed. lWhat a wonderful photograph
brings back memories. I lived in Ayr for 3 years while I completed my RN training at Seafield Hospital (now burned to the ground). I have many fond memories of Ayr and Prestwick. Thanks for the photo

Thank you for sharing Where is My Glasgow brought back wonderful memories. We did'nt have a lot of money but life was good, climbing on top of the midden roofs and going to the pictures. Thanks again for a wee smile.

- I was born in Glasgow, moved to Ayr in 71, where I did my RN training. I then lived in Prestwick for 9 years married and had 2 children, I immigrated to Canada and lived there for 16 years, then to Dallas Tx in 1997. I have a son in Canada and a daughter in Australia

I was born in Dennistoun Glasgow. I trained as a Registered Nurse at Seafield Hospital in Ayr, before it became Ayrshire and Arran Health Board. I lived in Prestwick. Have two children, both grown, one living in Brisbane Australia and one in Toronto Canada I Moved to Canada in 81 and then to Dallas in 97

- Mary, We lived next door to Pooles in South Australia in 1965. They were from UK. Dad was in the RAAF. I was born on the QLD border, but it's too hot up there once you are too old for bikinis! Margie
